Tried this yesterday and it was amazing! My first time doing gyrotonic; I had my doubts initially as a guy who is much more used to doing heavy weights for resistance training. But Anne the instructor patiently took me through the techniques and I found myself really getting into it. It is a good mix of mobility, muscle activation and body awareness, and Anne was excellent with her verbal cues, adjustments and also exhibiting the moves. I found myself focusing more than I had anticipated, in order to get the verbal affirmation from Anne! I have signed up for a package as I find this as a great complement to my own resistance training and is well worth the investment. This studio is super new and all the equipment seems to be top notch.
