I began pregnancy yoga twice a week at Boco from week 13 in my pregnancy and continued all the way to week 40 because I loved the classes so much! It was my first attempt at returning to exercise since getting Long Covid 4 years ago. The teachers are so knowledgeable and warm and the lessons are accessible to students of all fitness levels - for me this meant that I was always able to participate and never felt pressure to do more than my body was ready for. I believe attending these classes helped me prepare physically and mentally for birth and I would highly reccommend attending Boco to anyone in the same position. Can't wait to return to the post-natal classes soon!
