Such a lovely local studio in NW8. I tried a few group classes using the intro offer and will definitely be continuing. The location is great, Olivia is a fantastic instructor, and the studio is clean with a really nice, welcoming vibe. My only wish is that there were later classes during the week, as I’d love to be able to attend more!
Had a great 1-on-1 private session. The studio is flooded with natural light, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. My instructor was excellent— tailored the entire workout to my specific goals. I'll be back!
