Had a really good experience at Reformer LDN. The studio was great and the class felt well-structured and motivating. My instructor was Erica and she was so lovely — I absolutely loved her energy. Melanie is an incredible instructor. Her Elevate class was challenging in the best way, strong, intentional sequencing that really builds heat while still feeling controlled and purposeful. She cues with so much clarity, keeps the pace flowing, and you can tell she’s deeply knowledgeable about movement and form. I felt supported to push myself while staying connected to my body the whole time. A tough, well-structured, full-body session that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished. Highly recommend!
Had such a lovely class with Barbaraella today. It was definitely challenging (lots of ab work!), but she was so attentive and made sure everyone’s posture was right. Her exercises were also creative and interesting, and her cues were really easy to understand - can’t recommend her enough :))
