Core Club is such a beautiful, modern studio with incredible trainers - especially Chelsie! Her classes are all so different & somehow manage to work muscles you didn’t even know existed! Can’t recommend her enough if you want a full body workout! The classes are much smaller than other studios I’ve been to, so you really feel like you get a lot of attention & tips to improve your form. I also have a knee injury (ACL recon.) & every trainer has been so accommodating in adapting their exercises for me.
