I joined Reformers Pilates for the first time 3 weeks ago through the 3 for £49 promotion. I was worried at the beginning but Niyha, the instructor has been patient and always checking that I am doing the steps correctly. I never feel that I am pressured to do something that I am unable to. I am planning to continue attending these lessons. Thank you Niyha!
I have practiced reformer pilates at Range for over one year. It’s sad that I have to leave due to moving house. I highly recommend Range. They have very friendly and professional tutors and the environment is quiet, clean and relaxing. Reformer has cured my long-term back pain. It has improved my health and I met several friends there. The management is professional, understanding and friendly. I will return if I move back to Stratford in the future.
