Jodi’s class was great! This was my first Pilates class and I found it easy to follow along. Jodi did an excellent job explaining each movement, as well as giving correction if someone’s form was off. Today is the day after taking her first class and I can feel the workout throughout my body, so that tells me we worked a lot of muscles I have been neglecting! I would highly recommend Jodi’s class for people of all ages and fitness levels.
