I absolutely loved this Pilates session with Carmela. She created such a calm, welcoming atmosphere while offering clear, thoughtful guidance throughout, she was literally guiding me through every movement making sure my posture is correct, I’m engaging my muscles properly and also im breathing well. Each sequence flowed beautifully and felt both grounding and energising. Carmela took the time to explain what each movement was for, which really deepened my understanding of the practice. She also shared personalised tips and advice to help me feel better and more comfortable at work, which I truly appreciated. I left the class feeling supported, balanced, and much more connected to my body. Highly recommend to anyone looking to strengthen both body and mind.
