I’ve been attending Priya’s Ruislip class for about 18 months and 100% recommend it! The small class-sizes are fantastic for Priya to give us all individual attention to ensure proper technique and body alignment. She always has options so if an exercise feels too hard (or too easy!) you can try a different version to suit your ability. I’ve definitely gotten stronger and more flexible since starting Pilates with Priya and I look forward to every session!
