I have been enjoying both private and group Pilates classes with Pali for approximately 18 months and I’m very happy with the results. I certainly feel more supple, flexible and stronger within my body. Pali is a very positive, enthusiastic and motivational instructor, encouraging you every step of the way. Not only does she talk you through each exercise before it is undertaken but importantly why you are doing it, what muscles are being used and the resulting benefits. Pali is very observant and if she sees you undertaking an exercise incorrectly, promptly corrects your position ensuring the benefits of the movement are gained. In addition she is particularly mindful of any issues or problems you may have, offering alternative methods of exercise. I would certainly recommend joining Pilates classes with Pali and believe you would not be disappointed.
