I have been a client of David’s for 10 years. His talent as an osteopathic clinician focusing on work on the Pilates reformer has changed my life. Having lower back / disk issues for decades; almost not able to get of bed on some days - David’s treatment has been miraculous and I am more flexible and pain free than I ever was. I now see David regularly to ensure my back stays strong and I live pain free. He’s also treated me successfully for plantar fasciitis - when no other treatment worked! I have been in a lot of pain for around 20 years now, from the tip of my big toes to the top of the spine at my neck. I suffer with very flat feet, and having tight hamstrings and calves means that even seeing the finest podiatrists in the country can only help me to a certain point. It was one such podiatrist that recommended David a few years back and as a result, I regularly walk around 50 miles a week with little or no pain, other than the minor discomfort any 'normal' person might experience. All I need do is tell David at the start of session what discomfort I may be experiencing or that I want to continue feeling good, and he will tailor each session accordingly. Using a combination of Pilates, osteopathy, massage and when the occasion demands it, acupuncture, he is able to relieve any pain and improve mobility in my body. He has always been able to suggest the right equipment for me to invest in, and exercises to take away with me, so I can build on the treatment on a daily basis at home. David is a great listener (as everyone has to be with me around) and in all the years I have been going to see him, I have found every session to be highly enjoyable, as well as hugely beneficial to my health and general well-being.
