I can’t recommend Eleni as a Pilates instructor enough! Every session is fun, challenging in the best way and most importantly tailored to individual needs. Eleni is so knowledgable and form is upmost importance. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my strength, flexibility and posture since starting. She always makes each session welcoming and motivating.
