Marta is an amazing instructor. We have been taught, strengthened, lengthen & aligned by her for more than 15 years. Her classes are varied & challenging & as is aptly capture by her name - tailored to one’s individual needs. We travel a lot & despite our set-backs she always greets us with a smile & helps us tackle the knots, weaknesses & misalignments that build up during our absences. We could not recommend her sessions more highly.
Marta is such a great teacher. She knows every exercise and the pilates technique to a tee - so you will always be in great hands in her classes. She makes sure you understand the movement and also remembers your aches/pains so you feel that perfect balance between challenge and comfort. Marta is also great fun and a lovely person! 100% recommend.
