Since attending Han's Pilates classes, I've notice a real difference in my overall strength, balance, joints and movement. I've had a few age-related issues in recent years and Pilates has really helped. It has even helped with a couple of bouts of tendonitis and plantar fascists.I think it's aided recovery. The sessions are fun and as not too strenous, and Han is really good at directing and explaining. I feel a lot healthier since I started.
