Lovely, warm and welcoming environment. You can really see the thought and care that’s gone into the space, with great attention to client detail, from little touches like spare hair elastics if you’ve forgotten yours to grip socks available to buy. The classes are fantastic and feel very personal. Highly recommend
I recently joined a class at Lana Reformer after taking a break from Pilates, and it was such a great experience! The studio is bright, clean, and has a really calming vibe. I had never taken any Pilates classes before, I was made to feel very welcome. I am 64 years old with arthritis, I told Tahila, the instructor at the beginning of my first class as I have trouble kneeling down. She has been excellent always making sure that there is another way to do certain movements. For all those people out there that may think they can’t do reformer Pilates then please give it a go
