Really enjoyed my class here! Perfect level of difficulty/challenge and they give options for all levels. Lovely studio and instructors - especially Zainab, Lizzie, Isla, John, Olivia and Valentino. Great to find reformer Pilates classes locally.

Wonderful experience, pleasant training, not very intense, the trainer's explanations were very good, I would like to thank him for this. I recommend! ❤️
I did not enjoy this class at all. I wasn't asked about any injuries and I didn't feel that the instructions were very clear at all. The instructor was also not very hands on in terms of helping and correcting people. Furthermore, I also felt like half the class was devoted to just stretching which is not why I attend Pilates classes - I attend Pilates as a way to work my deep core muscles and fix my back issues. The instructor didn't come across as very knowledgeable to me, unfortunately. Normally my back feels much better after a Pilates class. I'm disappointed that I didn't get the relief I normally get from attending a Pilates class. If anything my back feels worse :/ It's a shame that I didn't have a good experience here as this studio is closer to my home than the other one.
Zero Gravity Pilates offers 2 pilates disciplines. Each one is suited to different goals — read the breakdown below to see which fits.
Reformer pilates is performed on a specialised piece of equipment using adjustable spring resistance. It targets deeper stabilising muscles than mat-based pilates and is widely used for posture correction, core strength, injury rehabilitation and pre/postnatal training.
Mat pilates uses your bodyweight on a padded mat, often with small props like resistance bands, blocks and pilates balls. It's the most accessible form of pilates — no heavy equipment, lower price points, and easier to continue at home.
