Nisha is absolutely incredible at what she does! She is a fountain of knowledge, explaining each movement throughout the class with clear guidance. She pays close attention to each client to ensure we are gaining the maximum possible from each exercise, as well as maintaining our form to prevent injuries. Nisha has always given me personalised alternatives and adjustments, which has given me the confidence to persist and progress with Pilates. I have developed a love for Pilates thanks to Nisha. She exudes a calm and positive energy and I really look forward to my weekly sessions. I cannot recommend her enough!
