I joined Pilates with Valerie a couple of months back and on every class I feel like I am giving a present to myself. I used to suffer from back pains and since joining my back pains, hip mobility and core strength have improved significantly. I pay more attention to my alignment and posture as it’s one of the first things she taught me. I would highly recommend Valerie who is very thoughtful and tentative as an instructor and understands varying mobility and physical fitness between people!
