I joined Shenda’s bootcamp feeling really nervous because I hadn’t exercised in many years and wasn’t sure I’d be able to keep up. From the very start, Shenda put me completely at ease and even offered me a free class to try it out, which made such a difference. I quickly realised that there are different levels for all the exercises Shenda demonstrates, so everyone can work at their own pace. It’s also suitable for people with knee problems, as Shenda shows adaptations to make exercises comfortable and manageable. I also love how she keeps me laughing throughout the sessions — it makes the time fly by and makes exercising so much more enjoyable! The location is very central to Greenwich Peninsula, which makes it really convenient. I’m nearly 6 weeks in now and already feel so much better about my fitness and overall wellbeing. Highly recommend to anyone who’s feeling unsure about getting started!
