111 Pilates Greenwich

I absolutely love this beautiful boutique Pilates studio! The facilities are spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail makes you feel welcome and inspired. The concept is amazing, and the atmosphere is always uplifting. Each Pilates teacher here is simply wonderful: highly skilled, encouraging, and genuinely lovely. They make every class feel personal and supportive, no matter your level. I started in March 2025, and I’m amazed at the progress I’ve made already , especially in my core strength and posture! Every session leaves me feeling stronger and energised. This place is a real gem! I can’t recommend it highly enough! ✨

This place is seriously wonderful!  I was a nervous newbie to reformer pilates and the instructors were so patient and helpful as I ramped.  In particular, the owner, Pippa, is an incredibly kind person and great teacher who makes pilates so much fun.  Also, the small class sizes make it a cozy environment where you don't need to stress about being a beginner or keeping up.

I’ve been going to Pilates 111 in Greenwich for 6+ years, doing intermediate and cardio reformer Pilates 1-2 times a week. Having struggled with a long term back injury since my early 20s, it has been a transformative experience - my injury a has improved so much, along with my overall physique - im fitter, healthier and stronger than ever. But what makes Pilates 111 special are the instructors and the other clientele. Everyone is absolutely lovely. Jen, Clara, Elettra, Pippa, Meghan, Riccardo… all the instructors are so warm, friendly, welcoming; and professionally they are at the top of their game. The intimate boutique size classes means they can really pay attention to each person and really tailor the exercises to different abilities and adapt to injuries. Meanwhile I’ve made friends of all ages with the fellow clientele. It’s a total joy going to Pilates 111 in Greenwich, and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
