All Active Pilates and Physio

On Wed 28th Jan I had Arthroscopic Surgery on my left knee for a Menisus Tear. Before I was discharged later that day a physio went over a series of gentle exercises to help with recovery and a letter for physio after a few weeks. I had my 1st appointment on Mon 23rd Feb with Ellen. She explained to me what was in the letter from the hosp and what had been done surgically. She then went over a series of new exercises leading on from the 1st gentle exercises at the hosp. Ellen explained fully all the new exercises while I tried them and answered all my questions when asked. I have another appointment booked next week. I was very pleased with Ellen at All Active Pilates and Physio and have no hesitation to recommend them.

Having had a flare up of a back problem I was very grateful to be able to log into the All Active app and be able to book a physio appointment the next morning. Ease of access to prompt assistance is so appreciated. My appointment was with Ellen and, other than her kind and cheerful welcome, she was highly professional and so diligent in her assessment. I think it also helps that I have attended a few reformer classes with her and she is aware of some limitations I have. Her treatment helped the issue and I will attend a follow up appointment on Friday. Access to the full range of services using the app is excellent … and I also appreciate the diligent and kind communications I receive from both Sharon and Debbie! They both do a great job of improving my wellbeing every time I hear from them!! Well done All Active and thanks to the whole team! 🤗

Both Andrea and later Ellen have been a great support to me after my knee replacement surgery. Weekly physio has led to weekly pilates with occasional physio. Reassurance as well as challenge is what I needed over the last 5 months and I can feel the difference this has made. 100% recommend that you put your trust in All Active Pilates and Physio to get you moving again!
