I attended the fitmums class from 8 weeks postnatal and it was great I could bring along my baby as I was breastfeeding so I could exercise and feed her if I needed. The class really helped me feel stronger and help me understand the importance of strengthening the pelvic floor and also nutrition advice. It was also nice checking in with the other mums in the class. Suzanne and Deidre were excellent teachers, they always made sure your form and breath were correct when exercising and guided you when needed. It was a really friendly and supportive atmosphere.
