I had wanted to try reformer pilates for a while to supplement my running. I was a little nervous before my first session but I loved it straight away. Reformer at studio rise is the perfect mix of strength and stretch. It is challenging but achievable. Helena is amazing, she's really friendly, always ensures that you feel comfortable and gives clear instructions. She pushes you when she knows you can achieve more (even if you dont know you can) but also provides adaptation if you have injuries or are struggling. I would recommend so highly and it's now a staple of my week.
