I’ve been working with Victoria for 6 years and she’s an amazing teacher. Originally started 1:1 Pilates for rehab and now continue with it for injury prevention. Victoria was able to get me moving again from two injuries with her sessions - pretty much more successfully than many physios. She is great at working with you to find exercises that are going to work with your body and target the areas that you need to. She’s the perfect teacher for anyone new to Pilates, looking to get stronger, rehabing an injury, or for someone advanced looking to learn specific postures.
