I attended Kerry's pregnancy and post natal classes. Pilates was something I never tried before and I absolutely fell in love with it. Kerry's classes helped me continue to exercise through pregnancy and she supported/adapted exercises when I had any aches and pains. I loved attending the post natal classes too with my baby. It gave me some "me time" each week and I never felt judged if my baby was upset or needed feeding. Kerry's advice during and after pregnancy in relation to my body has been so valuable! I couldn't recommend Kerry's enough!
