I have been attending Millie’s Pilates classes for 6 weeks now, I go twice a week and am already noticing a difference in my body. Millie is a wonderful teacher, she’s helping me to get my core muscles back and although it’s not an easy journey, and requires concentration and hard work Millie is always there to help when needed and to explain, most importantly how to do the exercises correctly. I am so glad to have found Millie and her fantastic, so well equipped Pilates studio. Here’s to many more classes, less aches and pains and finally a strong core!
