Currently doing Sophie’s 28 day challenge and I am loving it. I have never enjoyed exercise or early mornings but I am learning to love it with Sophie’s help. I am feeling so much better about myself, she has built a great community of women who support and push each other. I’m already making progress after 2.5 weeks and I can’t wait to see where I get after the full time. Soph is knowledgeable and easy to approach if you need to ask anything, and she’s constantly on hand on our group chat to encourage us outside of sessions. Already signed on for her next challenge and so should you!
