I have been seeing Michaela for 8 years now as I wanted to improve my overall flexibility and core muscles and thought it would help prevent injuries like back aches, etc often associated with getting older! I first started off with mat classes then with Michaela's excellent guidance and as my confident grew, I progressed to the reformer. Michaela's knowledge of Pilates and anatomy is second to none. She works so hard at keeping herself up to date and attending training in order to improve her skills so that she can transfer this knowledge to her clients. Michaela has taught me that Pilates isn't just a class you attend once or twice a week its a way of life. The exercises she teaches mean that you can incorporate these into everyday life and I have certainly seen an improvement in my core strength as well as posture, balance and breathing control.
