Phase Pilates

Theeee best and patient Pilates instructor ever! Is started with Emma when I was 5 months PP and I DO NOT REGRET IT! She literally is the most sweetest, funniest and patient person I’ve come across! She really helped me with my core strength as well as other issues I had with my body (there was quite a few)! I look forward to every session with her and thank you Emma for always encouraging me, always being so supportive and pushing me that bit further. ❤️ 5 stars just ain’t enough for you!

I started up with Emma whilst on maternity leave after my first baby with the aim to strengthen my core after a C-section. It was my first time doing any form of Pilates and Emma was an amazing teacher! Very patient but also pushed me when needed. In the past year I’ve done lots of 1-2-1 sessions with her and attend her group class weekly and now couldn’t imagine my life without Pilates! She really is amazing at what she does and I’m thankful for her sharing her passion. Thank you Emma!

I started training with Emma after my first baby, seeing her 1 X week was the best for my sanity and getting my fitness back. I love that she tailors the classes to you and it’s totally about what you want from the session not her pushing you to your max if you don’t want! I’m onto baby number 2 and experiencing abdominal separation much earlier, I feel in safe hands as Emma has modified all of my sessions so I can continue to train through & prepare for the next birth. Every session is different and I’m still learning new things (I’ve been doing reformer for nine years now) Not to mention we have so many laughs - I genuinely look forward to class every week!
