I have attended several classes here in the last two months! Laura Newill has been a game changer in pilates for me / her technique and teaching abilities have improved my confidence. Not only am I feeling the benefits of the class im really enjoying them ! By far the best Pilates instructor around and the best studio with amazing prices !
