I’m so excited I found this studio! The location is absolutely perfect and so accessible if you travel by train (& you don’t need to carry a mat with you as they provide you with one ,which is a big plus for me as I go from work!). The studio has such a calming atmosphere and smells absolutely delicious and divine?! Brogan is also a great instructor, makes you feel instantly welcome and comfortable (and a lil sore after!) 10/10 🥺❤️
This is such a beautiful and calming studio! ☺️🫶 The beginners course has been the perfect intro to pilates as someone who has never been very flexible/sporty. Brogan creates a really welcoming supportive space for all visitors so you feel at ease right away! You can go at your own pace, but the being amongst a group who are all working hard definitely helps you push yourself to get the most out of the workout. Brogan explains each move very thoroughly in accessible language, which allows you to quickly get to grips with instructions and really focus on safely targeting each area with good form. Even if I have had a draining work day, I always leave the studio after an evening class feeling a lot better 🧡
My favourite place to wind down after a long day at work 🙌🏽 I was hesitant to join at first because I’ve always struggled to stick to the gym or group classes. I tend to feel easily intimidated by people who are more advanced, and it usually ends up knocking my motivation. But that couldn’t have been further from my experience at Shape. I’m so glad I signed up for that first tester session! Brogan’s classes are so adaptable to your level, and she brings such a light-hearted yet professional vibe. She encourages you to push yourself, but never beyond your capabilities or in a way that feels pressured. I’ve been with Shape for nearly 10 sessions now and I’ve noticed such a difference in my strength, my willingness to push myself further, and my overall confidence. It’s also been amazing for relieving the aches and pains I get from sitting at a desk all day. It’s become something I genuinely look forward to and count down to each week! Brogan is a ray of sunshine who truly cares about every individual. She even supported me through Ramadan by pausing my monthly credits so I could focus on my faith and slow down without feeling like I would be missing out. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more inclusive and supportive teacher ✨
