I have been practicing Pilates with Maria for a number of years now, in both mat work classes and group studio reformer classes and both have been incredibly beneficial to my overall health and wellbeing. Over the years I have picked up a few different injuries here and there and working with Maria regularly has allowed me to maintain mobility and build strength back up safely each time. I have also found that my deeper understanding of movement and my body in general, has led to improved performance in other fitness activities. I cannot recommend Maria’s classes enough!
