I’ve been attending Michelle’s classes at Yellow Pilates for nearly a year. I started attending due to lower back problems which prevented me from me being able to run as regularly as used to. Michelle is an excellent teacher, attentive to ensure that we do things correctly but also offering alternatives if required. As a complete beginner I certainly needed the guidance! After a few months attending I found that my core strength had improved and my back issues reduced significantly. The classes are always fun to attend and her friendly approach makes you feel very welcome in the class. I would highly recommend her classes!
