Sarah is the most amazing teacher, so knowledgeable and quickly puts everyone at ease. She works you hard but always focused on technique and form, ensuring you get the absolute best from every session. I run a lot and do Hyrox and doing Pilates with Sarah has helped me immensely . I can’t recommend Sarah enough. Can’t wait to try out her new studio
