Joining The Pilates Project has been the best thing I've done for myself as a working Mum in many years! Gina's instructions are accessible and suited to different levels, and allowed me to progress and not just maintain a certain level of fitness. After about 6 month of more or less regular practice, I have less back and joint pain, my core is stronger, and everyday things like climbing stairs and chasing my son have become much easier. I wish I had time for two sessions per week, but even one has been wonderful. Thank you, Gina
