This is an excellent class in a lovely, calm modern studio. Yvonne is a very good, professional instructor & makes sure everyone goes at their own pace/ability. I feel the benefit every time I go. I leave the class much more relaxed & supple. Option too for additional videos or joining live classes online which is great if you’re unable to make the class in person. I would recommend Yvonne at Realistic Pilates without any hesitation at all.
I've been going to Yvonne's classes for many years now and can't live without them. Every move is explained clearly and very easy to follow. My posture has greatly improved, my back and core also feel so much stronger. I highly recommend Yvonne's classes, she is always friendly and welcoming and the studio has a relaxing atmosphere. It's not surprising she's also won an award for her business too.
I recently decided to take up Pilates again, signing up to Yvonne's class, it was the best decision I made, and I am definitely starting to feel the benefits in terms of improved posture/strength. Yvonne takes the time to explain each move and provides adaptions depending on levels of ability allowing everyone to work at their own pace. Her friendly manner makes the classes more fun and inclusive. The dedicated Pilates/yoga studio created by Yvonne provides a welcoming and peaceful environment. There is also the added bonus of being able to join live classes via Zoom if you cannot attend in person or catchup via videos which Yvonne records and uploads to her website. I would have no hesitation in recommending Yvonne's classes.
