Enso is such a vibe! I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’m obsessed with the energy of this place. What really makes it for me is Crystal, she’s honestly an amazing instructor. She has this great individual approach and always notices if you need a hand or a modification, so you never feel lost. It’s not just a workout; it’s my favorite place to just relax and feel good. Highly recommend!
I've never been to pilates before so was apprensive the first time but I was made to feel so welcome and relaxed. The surroundings are lovely and the instructor is super knowledgeable and was patient with me while I struggled with a lot of the moves. After just 3 sessions there is a massive improvement in what I am able to do and how I can feel it. Thank you so much!
Can’t recommend Crystal enough. I almost didn’t want to leave a review because I wanted to keep this all to myself😆 but Crystal really deserves it. I’m a complete beginner, with not a lot of strength, but was guided to understand everything. Having a very intimate class helped with confidence and giving things a try. Thank you 💙
