My daughter recently convinced me to take a Reformer Pilates class at ReForm and it completely exceeded my expectations. Keeva as the instructor was exceptional—so welcoming, knowledgeable and clear in her explanations. She guided us through each movement with a perfect balance of encouragement and correction, ensuring that everyone, regardless of experience level, age etc felt supported. Her ability to make the exercises accessible whilst still challenging was impressive. The studio itself was a haven of calm. The clean aesthetic, and minimalist décor along with carefully chosen background music creating a relaxing environment making it easy to focus. Being able to park so easily is also a massive bonus! I am completely addicted now and have therefore bought a 10 class package which offers excellent value. Booking is so simple on the app and the variety and times of classes is excellent. Overall, I am so grateful to my daughter for introducing me to Reformer Pilates at such a great studio with such excellent instructors!

I joined Re+form on New Year’s Eve after years of back and forth with the gym and my exercising, I started on one class a week and soon increased that, I’m now over a month in and doing 4 classes a week. I absolutely love it and have noticed a huge difference in my body shape, I have more energy and feel physically and mentally stronger. I am always excited for my next class! I love how no class is the same, my favourite instructors are Eva, Harriet and Keeva! Highly recommend

I cant recommend this studio more. Having never taken a reformer Pilates class before I was nervous to try something new but as soon as I walked in Keeva put me right at ease and really helped me gain confidence in such a short space of time. Having recently graduated dance college, I was keen to find regular classes that maintain and build my strength and flexibility that I have trained for over the years which her classes do just that! I am already feeling so much stronger in my body which is complimenting my dancing massively. I look forward to every class with the challenge and enjoyment it brings.
