Casa De Aura is unreal. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, calmer, and energised. The flows are thoughtful, challenging in the best way, and always intentional. Megs and the entire team are genuinely so kind, welcoming, and supportive, which makes the studio feel really special. Couldn’t love and recommend it any more 🤍
Studio is so gorgeous and clean. I have done Energise Aura twice now with Megs and both classes have been completely different. She is so calming and it’s the best way to start my day, thank you!
My husband, daughter and I have always wanted to try Reformer Pilates. But weren’t sure how tricky the machines would be or how difficult it would be. Therefore we’ve shied away from booking into a group class. So we booked a private session with Megs to see how we got on and had a brilliant time. Megs made us feel very comfortable and at easy with a lovely, warm, welcome. Machines were easy to use but provided a good, whole body, workout so we’ll definitely sign up for some of the classes. Surpassed our expectations and the hour flew by. Megs took time to talk us through each move. Great session and would thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking about giving it a go.
