Keeva’s Studios are stunning! But this Crawley one is the perfect girlie girl aesthetic! I’ve had no trouble with parking at any time of the day, I love that it’s in a building that is locked at all times with a buzzer system for entry and I love that she locks the studio door once class begins also so you can feel super safe and secure whilst you work out. It’s a girl only studio too which again I love love love. This is also perfect for those girlies of certain religions as it means they are securely in a room with women only and therefor they can be free to workout without religious headwear if they would like to. Keeva and all her fellow instructors are absolutely brilliant at what they do and I just simply cannot recommend them and both studios enough. Whatever shape,size,religion and physical ability… they have you 100% xxx p.s there’s a drive thru starbies round the corner for the girlies who like to pilates and lattes 😘

RE+FORM is the most fantastic place and my absolute saviour every week. Kerrie told me at my first class that I was going to love it and that really stuck with me because she was so right. The studio is gorgeous but the instructors really make each class so amazing. Every single instructor is so friendly and enthusiastic which makes you feel so at ease. Each session is meticulously planned and the instructors watch closely helping make any corrections to each exercise. There are plenty of adaptations to suit all abilities and to accommodate any injuries. I cannot recommend RE+FORM enough!

Love going to Re+Form. All instructors are super friendly and welcoming and provide the best lessons. Whenever I’m there I feel comfortable and safe in the space and always leave wanting more from the burn & relaxation. Shout to to Keeva for bringing it to Crawley and Eva, just some of the gems there!
