Pilates with Viv

Without doubt the most professional teacher I have experienced. Viv has seen me through two pregnancies and postpartum recovery with great success and care. She has help support my recovery from multiple dislocations and muscular problems with an expert touch and kind and caring manner. Nothing is too much trouble and her clear and expert tuition has meant I’ve grown a great love and respect for Pilates and what it can do for the body. You will not experience a more professional and experienced teacher than Viv. Whether it’s a first time or you’re an expert Viv will tailor your program to what you and your body needs.

I have been attending Pilates with Viv for more than year now and I have to say she is phenomenal. In each class Viv really pushes you to you’re limits. She takes her time with every movement making sure it’s being done properly and never rushes. In the time that I’ve been practicing Pilates I’m much stronger. After having a baby my ultimate goal was to get my core stretch back, and I’m definitely getting there. I cannot recommend Viv enough. I have been attending Viv's classes for many years. She is amazing. Whether you are a complete beginner or one of the more accomplished students, she can take you through your journey. She is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely kind. She knows your limits but always senses when you have 'more in the tank'. When you've had a class with Viv, no-one else comes close.
