I have been going to Ella’s Pilates sessions for a few weeks now and I can honestly say I love her classes! Pilates is something that I have always wanted to do but haven’t had the confidence to go but as soon as I walked in I felt completely at ease. Ella was so welcoming and reassuring. Her classes are for all abilities, she gives you different options on how you can progress a movement or just stick to the basic. There is no pressure at all to push yourself if you don’t want to which one of the things I love about Ella’s classes! She demonstrates each movement clearly then checks everyone is okay and makes sure that you’re comfortable. At the end of each session there’s a cool down and a relaxation part which is a nice way to end the session you leave feeling like you’ve worked out but also feel relaxed!! Even though I have only been going for a few weeks I can feel a difference in myself strength wise. I would 100% recommend!
