This is where I started Pilates. I really enjoy my weekly classes — I feel stronger and my posture has improved. This is exactly what I was looking for! Kate, Myee, and Sandy are really professional, supportive, and always encouraging. Love this studio!!!
I absolutely love my Pilates class with Myee. I’ve been going for about 9 months (no prior Pilates experience) and it has transformed how I feel in my body. I am so much stronger and more flexible, which has been a delight after being held back by old knee injuries for the last 10 years. This class has enabled me to start doing other sports again and I remain injury free (which I genuinely did not think would be possible). Myee is a very knowledgeable and kind teacher and everyone makes you feel very welcome. This place is a hidden gem. Fully recommend!!!
Pilates 100 Bristol offers 2 pilates disciplines. Each one is suited to different goals — read the breakdown below to see which fits.
Reformer pilates is performed on a specialised piece of equipment using adjustable spring resistance. It targets deeper stabilising muscles than mat-based pilates and is widely used for posture correction, core strength, injury rehabilitation and pre/postnatal training.
Mat pilates uses your bodyweight on a padded mat, often with small props like resistance bands, blocks and pilates balls. It's the most accessible form of pilates — no heavy equipment, lower price points, and easier to continue at home.

Honest, specific answers about this studio.
2 of 3 recent reviews mention the instructors in positive terms — words such as "knowledgeable", "attentive" and "encouraging" recur most frequently. Members citing specific cues, form corrections or named instructors is a strong sign of relationship-led teaching rather than transactional class delivery. If instructor depth matters for your decision (particularly for clinical or prenatal-focused pilates), this is a useful positive signal. One recent member put it this way: "Kate, Myee, and Sandy are really professional, supportive, and always encouraging." — ellen.
