I honestly love coming here. The atmosphere is amazing, the teacher is wonderful, and the vibe and music are just perfect. As soon as I walk in, I forget about everything outside and just enjoy the moment. I always leave feeling refreshed, calm, and full of good vibes. Thank you for such a beautiful space. I highly recommend this studio , I always talk about this place with my clients and say to the girls if they never tried Pilates they are honestly missing out ! ❤️❤️❤️

It's such a welcoming studio. I really appreciated the intro chat with Sam, where he showed me how a reformer works, how to set myself up safely, and explained the different classes. I've really enjoyed the various reformer classes and they've been both challenging and varied, and I already feel stronger. The instructors are excellent and scale each exercise so you can take it to your own level or push yourself a bit more. The space is lovely and relaxing, and kept really clean. Overall it's a fantastic studio, even for a complete pilates newbie like me. Thank you!

I visited Bristol and really wanted to try the studio — and I’m so glad I did. It has a beautiful atmosphere with a warm, welcoming vibe. The Reformer class with Nadya was excellent; I left feeling stronger and more balanced. I also tried Barre for the first time, and it was genuinely so much fun! Christina created a very supportive and encouraging environment, especially for beginners. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this studio to others!
