I’ve been coming to Pie&Lattes for over a year and have been thoroughly enjoying the classes, worth every penny. All the instructors have a slightly different style but it’s nice to mix up the classes, they are all amazing and ensure you are performing the exercises properly and focus on body alignment. In my second trimester of pregnancy I have been suffering with lower back and hip pain, the ladies who teach have been amazing at adapting exercises to make sure it’s safe and I’m comfortable. Alice literally saved me last week and helped me release some of the tightness too in a 1-1 class. Alice also showed me how I could do the exercises at home. Since then, I've been able to manage the back and hip pain during my pregnancy so much better doing the movement most days at home and I'm so so grateful! Best Pilates Studio I’ve been to.
