The studio itself is both luxurious and welcoming, making it a wonderful space to work on fitness and well-being. Following recent surgery, I received incredible support from the team, who carefully tailored my sessions to aid my recovery. Their attention to detail and care made all the difference. The customer service at EQ Pilates truly goes above and beyond; their personal touch and genuine care for clients create a warm and welcoming experience every time you step into the studio. If you’re considering EQ , I’d highly recommend it—just a warning, though, it’s addictive!

Love going to Sam’s Pilates classes - I feel definite improvements as the lessons progress. Picking up my baby grandson with ease, far more flexibility even first thing in the morning, let alone the sense of well being after each session. Would recommend for anyone whatever level they are starting from.
