The Pilates Quarter is a great studio. Having tried lots of different sports and fitness classes, the variety and challenge of this studio’s classes has kept me coming back. The reformers and other equipment create a completely different experience to Pilates classes at most gyms - they are so much more challenging - in a good way. It is one of the only places which challenges and builds your flexibility, strength and coordination and mobility within every session. The instructors are lovely, and the small class sizes mean that you get a lot of corrections, which ensure that you are performing all the movements correctly. If you are considering trying a session, you definitely should!
