A gorgeous wellness space 5 minutes from the heart of Bath. Lily is an exceptional teacher that makes you feel like you can do anything and offers as many modifications as needed to ensure you have a comfortable practice. The mat classes are a 10/10 as they have the cutest (and heavy) props, and I still have to come back to try reformer! The place is right behind Green Park, and it’s the most gorgeous pink & green space (perfect for those aesthetic mirror pics). I highly recommend you to give it a try as you’ll come out feeling strong and empowered 🫶🏼

I cannot speak more highly of Sunday Studios and the services they offer. It is truly a Pilates paradise catering to all abilities. The attention to detail in the design of the studio is unlike anything that currently exists in Bath and is truly a breath of fresh air. I have taken reformer classes with Lily and Kirstin which I have loved! Truthfully, I have been to reformer studios in other cities where I felt nervous and intimidated. This couldn’t be further from the welcoming and inclusive experience at Sunday Studios. The range of Mat classes on offer are unparalleled and are the perfect foundation for everyone. Boy the burn in SPICE is immense - in the best way!

Would I be crazy for moving to a city JUST so I can go to Sunday Studios?! I’m an American, just moved to the UK, not many friends— and this place truly made me feel like home from the moment I walked in. For the month I spent in Bath it was my haven! Reformer Pilates can be soooo intimidating (seriously what is this torture machine?) but not here. From genuine chats asking about my weekend to working with all different injuries/experience levels to royally kicking my a$ on both the reformer and mat, this is the place. All the instructors are just the best of the best and have different specialties and styles. Lily is the IT girl and creating something SO special here and I hope if you’re reading this that you get to be a part of it, I know I am!
