I’ve been doing the online virtual classes with Ali for quite a few years now and continue to benefit from each one for balance, core strength, stability and generally feeling great after the class. Ali’s teaching style is friendly and encouraging and as she does all the exercises with you rather then demonstrating once then just talking you through it you really feel like you are in it together. I get something different from the weights and matt classes but they work so well together I would recommend both. It’s a good challenge so you feel the benefit but don’t feel like giving up and most of all it’s a relaxed and enjoyable class. The flexibility of having recordings also keeps me practicing and motivated when I can’t make the virtual class. Highly recommended.
