Wrexham Reformer Studio

For 12 months, I have been attending reformer classes at the Wrexham Reformer Studio with Sarah. I find her classes to be relaxing, engaging and very friendly. Her professional yet bespoke approach, means every client gets her tailored reassurance and the correct motivation to improve and develop. Her attention to detail is second to none and she's always happy to assist if you need extra help. I would highly recommend her classes to anyone, whether a beginner or highly advanced.

After a back injury, I contacted the Reformer Studio for advice. I'd previously done Mat Pilates, but not for several years, and I was very rusty. Starting back - this time with the Reformer - has been one of the best decisions I've made in years! I've progressed at my own pace, guided by Cathy and the team. I know I can trust that the instructors are well trained and we work together on building my fitness and confidence. I've noticed, not only is my back getting stronger, but I feel more like myself again. Taking a class gives me the opportunity to switch off in a safe space and invest in my own wellbeing.
